"Clean room and excellent service"

"The cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in , close to everything , helpful staff and a cool place to stay instead of a bleak chain hotel."

"The room was very spacious and updated. The bed was very comfortable, and the windows air conditioner worked very well! The full size refrigerator was also a nice feature. One other note. The water pressure for the bath tub/?shower was great! The gentlemen at the front desk was extremely personable and helpful. I will be staying here again this summer!"

"Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations."

"The motel is very run down. There were ants in the bathroom and nail clippings next to the bed. There was a gap around the door and a gap around the AC unit, allowing bugs into the room. The room served our purpose, we were only in the room for about 11 hours to sleep after attending a wedding, but I couldn’t imagine staying for several days on vacation."

"Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. "Updated, spacious, easily accessed. Has a pool. Adequate parking. The continental breakfast ran out of eggs. The towels are thin and outdated. Otherwise all else was comfortable and good. "
