"Spa hotel is a misnomer: the ‘Spa’ is part of the external waterpark, which charges extra (which would be ok), but more importantly, there’s no entry before noon or after 7pm, thus, if you go skiing, there’s no chance to go to the Sauna after dinner or in the morning. I wish this would have been noted on the website - I would certainly not have booked this if I knew!"

"Great and easy check in with lovely staff. Room lively and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful at the buffet in the morning. Sauna was fantastic at the end of a long day and free to use from 4pm. Parking was easy just in front of the hotel. Great stay! "

"Absolutely horrible stay. Don’t go by the pictures. The rooms are tiny and even though they claim that the room can accommodate 3 people, they have forgotten to add that it will be with the utmost discomfort. The shower is located inside the sauna and the bathroom door has no curtains and is transparent. How they expect a family with children to stay in this is beyond imagination. Hardly any space to open the luggage. We requested to chk out a day early because we were not comfortable at all and the request was denied. A refund of 10 percent was promised instead which as expected was never given. Stay at this place at your own risk."
