"L’accueil est au top ! L’équipe est hyper serviable et super agréable. Merci à eux L’emplacement au centre ville est un must et en plus hyper au calme ce qui n’est pas simple à Alicante. L’appartement 2.1 est hyper grand et très fonctionnel"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful room, wonderful staff."

"Ac på rommet, rent og pent! Hyggelig ansatte. Litt vanskelig å sjekke inn på nett på telefonen. Hadde litt problemer der, men ellers veldig bra."

"Really great location and staff were really helpful"

"Fantástico el lugar y el personal. Para lo que solicites, siempre tienen un SÍ en los labios y ayudan en todo lo que pueden. La localización es perfecta y para lo que se necesita una habitación de hotel cumple de sobra…. Además el día que nos fuimos el tren salía tarde y nos dieron uso de una taquilla para guardar las maletas durante el día… Lo recomiendo"

"Lite trånga rum men väldigt mysigt. Mycket bra frukost som serveras vid bordet, skönt att slippa springa o riva runt buffé borden"

"Excellent spacious property right in the historic area of Alicante. Everything was within easy walking distance. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. We were allowed to check in early for free which was great with a mid morning arrival. Would highly recommend these apartments would rebook again ourselves."

"Breakfast was tasty and the food seemed to be good quality. While the buffet wasn’t huge, there was still enough choice and we always found something we enjoyed. The hotel has a beautiful traditional exterior that is very well maintained, while the interiors are modern and stylish. The room was clean, comfortable and finished to a modern standard. We occasionally heard some noise from the...

"Had a good time at the Charm Beach Retreat! Just be aware that the hotel is about a 15-minute bus ride from the city centre and is in more of a residential area, which can be a bit frustrating if you want to be going back and forth to your hotel. Also, the room to your hotel leads straight outside; there is no hallway or lobby in the traditional sense, but there is a gate around the property and a code to your room, which only you have access to and is changed after every visit. The staff are...

"Central location. Straightforward check in and check out. Clean & neat. Good air conditioning. Highly recommended!"

"Perfect location inside the old town and very near the beach. Nice restaurant all around and safe even partying at night. I loved the fact that it has a stacked kitchen with packets of olive oil, detergent for washing dishes and clothes. That is a very nice touch for their part and much appreciated. I actually love staying here except that me and my partner had several bites the next day. Bed bugs is the most probable cause but could have gotten from somewhere else."
