"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. "Fast and friendly check in, superb dining area and good choice of menus, selection of local wine is very good. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Breakfast was not included but with 12.- per person, absolutely worth the money. Will stay again. Ah, parking was free as well. I cant really find anything to be less than 5 stars. "

"Hôtel en plein centre d'Evian, proche du casino et des salles de spectacle à 2 pas du Lac. La chambre pas très grande mais très joliment décorée dans le style savoyard, était très propre avec une petite salle de bain et une climatisation réversible. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant. "

"This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again..
