The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not...

Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. I would most probably stay there again in the future. "

"The property is both a hotel and a residence. While it’s a bit outdated, the rooms are clean and quite nice. The only downside was that the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, it was still a good stay."
