"Ho comperato una stanza per tre . All’accettazione ho detto che causa malattia de figlio mia moglie e mio figlio non sarebbero venuti. Niente pagato per 3. Mi cadono occhialoni sulle scale , mi accorgo che sono già sul transfer provo tutto il giorno a chiamare il centralino . Sempre in attesa mai una risposta . Avrò fatto 100 chiamate . Assurdo. Morale … occhialoni spariti (rubati). Alla reception candidamente mi dicono che capita e che il telefono era impostato su messaggio di attesa !! Cena ,...

"La stanza era molto bella, spaziosa e confortevole. Il personale gentile e la struttura sopra la media delle strutture alberghiere di montagna. Ovviamente gestire una struttura così grande non dev’essere semplice, quindi può capitare qualche inconveniente ma nulla di spiacevole. La struttura è molto improntata all’ospitalità per famiglie, quindi non aspettatevi un hotel adults only. La colazione ottima e abbondante e rifornita in continuazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo."

"La struttura accetta animali, l'unica pecca di non essere stata avvisata in quanto dopo il check in abbiamo lasciato le nostre cose in camera e i due cani, al nostro ritorno l'abbiamo trovato chiuso con un semplice bigliettino sulla porta che diceva che avrebbe aperto più tardi. Ovviamente ci siamo messi a suonare e a chiamare. Da ospite non ho gradito di non essere stata avvisata. "
