Your luggage needs to be down the mountain before 8.30, as we had a later pick up they took it to pro ski to be stored until we were ready to go and collect it, this aloud us to have a relaxing breakfast with no need to rush. "Le chalet est parfait (propre, bien équipé, bien décoré ….). Le gros bémol est le manque de communication, aucun info donnée à l arrivée en ce qui concerne les équipements auxquels nous avions droit ni sur le petit déjeuner. Nous avons dû rappeler dans la soirée pour en savoir plus … "

"Stay was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was small but comfortable. Rooms would benefit from a refurb but the main bar/area was clean and modern. "

"We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next...
