" l’accueil du personnel est parfait . Grande chambre avec belle terrasse au soleil et transats confortables . Dans la chambre manque un fauteuil cosy, pas de bouilloire pour prendre un p’tit thé ou café . Petit déjeuner buffet , très bien mais il manque des crudités . Dommage !! "

"Great location near gondola with access to bars and restaurants within a quick walk. Not too noisy other than road clearing each morning which isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast is a small selection but has great cakes and meat. Comfy bed and bath in room which is a must. Great to be able to make tea in communal area. Parking is anywhere on the street so may not be as lucky as we were if you get there at the wrong time. You’ll also need a 4 x 4 car with snow tyres otherwise chains will limit your...

"La résidence est calme est très bien située, proche des commerces et juste à côté de la station de ski. La vue du 3ème étage est magnifique et l'appartement est bien entretenu. Le monsieur de la réception est très accueillant et serviable. Cependant, la literie est peu confortable. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good. There's a place to dry your boots and skis, which is nice. The nearest ski hill isn't always open and anyway it's only for experienced skiers, as it's "hors piste." That said, it's only 40 min from Serre Chevalier. The little town is cute. The bed was decent but not amazing. Would probably go back!"

"Super friendly staff throughout the Hotel. Great position in resort short walk to the ski lift. This rating would have been excellent, however, although the breakfast offered an excellent choice the hot breakfast was not hot, hash browns under cooked, cold beans, cold bacon, cold scrambled eggs. Really enjoyed the bar and staff particularly friendly. We stayed 5 nights."

"Great location with convenient parking (off site at a charge). Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the 7th floor balcony are amazing. The spa was adequate and the pool area is superb. My son had a flood problem in his room which took too long to resolve and when he was offered another room he had to move his own luggage. A true 4 star would’ve done this for him. The comments about outside noise are accurate, even with the windows closed. We were woken at 5am with...
