We were asked to communicate through WhatsApp, but responses were quite slow. Netflix in the room was not working throughout our stay. There is no air conditioning. "Made my first visit in the area. Siusi is a bit quiet, not much to do. Glad that this hotel is great. Booked with dinner and breakfast. Dinner experience was unbelievably good. All dishes were well prepared. Room was big, only the layout was not too practical."

"Beautiful location with mountains views. Located with easy distance for numerous Dolomite’s Superski areas. The staff was marvelous, caring, generous and the breakfast exceptional! We dined in the restaurant 4 evenings food /drinks were superb! The apartment was clean with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and nice kitchenette-had everything we needed.
