"While staying at the heritage inn, the first thing I noticed was that the room phones did not work. I then called the front desk from my cell phone and watched no one answer the phone. I didn’t get my room cleaned or received fresh towels at all and had to walk to the front desk for more toilet paper. Then the pool was ice cold each day and no one came to assist in making the experience better. "

"The room was clean and and good selection of breakfast foods, hot and cold. The only complaint I have is the window curtain wouldn't stay closed, as it was not wide enough. "

"This hotel was an unexpected surprise! We arrived about 5:00, just in time for dinner! The assortment of food was amazing! Next morning, breakfast was served , too! The rooms were very nice and comfortable… we will return!"

"Our room was dirty. The bathroom was FILTHY, moldy and mildew everywhere accompanied by hairs that didn’t belong to us. Spider webs in every upper and lower corner of the room. Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning. We didn’t have an ice bucket because they are not required to keep them for every room. The front desk said they had a handful of them, but...

"Everything’s great about the stay except for the really hard old bed and the pillows that needed to be replaced. They were so misshapen and not worth being on the bed at all. I did not get a good nights sleep either night I was there."

"Parking was a cinch. The location is serene and relaxed. A darling wine bar across the street and Walgreens is a 3-minute walk. The free breakfast was a bit chaotic but adequate. I was dismayed to see teenagers wearing pajamas in the breakfast area and well-fed families hoarding food, but this is the new normal, I guess. "

"Everything was wonderful!! The only thing I might suggest is that the pool hours might be lengthened to 7a.m. -10p.m. to make it better for early risers."

"Yes. Everyone was very kind. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and we lost some of our food that we had brought. They fixed the refrigerator and gave us 2 pizzas and cookie for our evening meal. That was so kind would stay here again. Very friendly."

"The hotel looked like it was brand new. The room was clean and fresh. Housekeeping and front desk staff were outstanding. Great coffee machine with options for cappuccino's, vanilla lattes, regular coffee, Americano's and vanilla cappuccino's. Best hotel coffee ever. Also 24-7 soft ice cream dispenser. Breakfast attendant kept everything stocked."

"The room was clean, Staff was Excellent. Great place to do Laundry and use the Gym. Breakfast was Excellent and the Staff was wonderful. Love that there were plenty of restaurants, in walking distance. Excellent!!! Walmart, & other stores were also in Walking distance. as well. "
