"I booked this property knowing that it may be a little old / dated, but we needed a place to stay so we snagged it, even though it was very overpriced. At check in, the receptionist seemed annoyed that we were there. But we shrugged it off and moved on. When we checked into the room, I was shocked at how dirty the room was. "I was in the lobby at about 1a sat night/sun morning with a fully paid expedia reservation; no one was at front desk, there was a # to call, Kelly; spoke to her , was very rude said she was not on the property and can’t help me, said expedia is terrible and they “overbooked”; I said that is generally a good problem? she took offense and threatened to call the police to remove me from the premises and hung up. Ouch!! Not a good look, this new to be reported to higher levels. Happy to discuss...

"Good convenient place to stay"

"It was clean enough but I couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room and it was freezing. I had to use bath towels as an extra blanket. The breakfast in the morning was handled by only one person who did both the breakfast and front desk duties. They ran out of everything because the poor woman had to do both. It was a very busy Sunday morning and you would think there would be more staff."

"Property was convenient, quiet and pleasant. Staff were all nice and helpful. However, the main room light needed a new bulb, the desk chair had shredded seat covering and the window shade had a big tear in it. On Saturday morning, I let staff know about these things and they said they'd refer to maintenance. When I left on Wednesday, none of these issues had been addressed. So, nice place and pleasantly quiet even though near a highway, but shoddy maintenance."

"Our room was showing its age; most of the furniture was in disrepair and in need of replacement. The laminate was broken and exposed the substrates. Not a good look, we stay at Hampton's as our default lodging, but this was disappointing. The staff was always very good during our stays."
