"Absolutely great location and nice hotel. A HUGE problem arose right when our stay started. The pull out couch bed had a giant curve shaped like a hammock! We went to the front desk to ask if there were any rooms with a functioning pull out sofa bed. The front desk said word for word, “none of our pull out sofas are flat.” We were shocked, what is the point of allowing us to book for three if there aren’t enough functioning beds. We were offered a second room for the low price of $250 USD.

"Ich muss leider mein negatives Erlebnis in diesem Hotel niederschreiben, weil ich noch nie so ein Verhalten mir gegenüber in einem Hotel erlebt habe und dann auch noch in einem 4 Sterne Hotel.
Ich bin an die Rezeption, weil die Seite um in das Wlan zu gelangen, mal wieder nicht funktioniert hat. An der Rezeption fragte ich den Herren, ob er mir helfen könnte. Er hat es 2-3 probiert an meinem Handy - es hat aber nicht geladen - Fehlermeldung 403.
Und da war der Herr der Meinung er hätte seinen...

"Good location but wasn't blown away considering the prices charged
No where to have a snack on check in, no turndown service, not informed breakfast wasn't included and would not say the price was worth it. Check out very functional and no one thanked us or asked us how our stay was. Overall it was ok but wouldn't go back"
