"Had to wait outside in frigid temperatures before the front desk would let us in. Went to our room and found an unmade bed and filthy bathroom. Went back to front desk and was told we had to make our own bed and was handed several wadded up bed linens, not folded and fresh ones but those! I couldn’t make this up!! It is a terrible place! Stay away! I emailed the manager and he has never responded 😡"

"Plug-in air "freshener" cast a headache-inducing odor, even after it was unplugged. 1 bedside lamp inoperative. Kleenex dispenser empty after 2 tissues. Coffee maker inoperative because tray to hold filter missing. Room a long putt from 4-lane city street. "

"Breakfast was *chef’s kiss* exquisite. Bed was very comfortable and the AC in the room was solid. I slept like a rock. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean and up to date. I docked a couple stars for cleanliness as there were a couple chips (looked like Doritos) still on the floor when we first got in, but I could also see how they could be missed. Not a huge deal. Found a moderate-sized wad of long brown hair hiding in one of the pillow cases and some small stains on the sheets. Amenities could be better. Pool is under construction and they no longer have a hot tub. Not a big deal for one night’s stay for a work trip, but had it been longer I would’ve had to look elsewhere. Overall it was good."
