Excellent service

Our stay was amazing. Martin waiting up for us when our flight was late and brought us a full breakfast early the next morning! Would highly recommend staying here on your way in or out of Lima.

Nice BnB near airport

Great place, amazing host.

A simple, honest B&B, Martin is a great host and looked after us superbly. He sorted us taxis, made us a lovely American omelette and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s in the a lovely neighbourhood and is really easy to get to the Airport. Highly recommend if you just need a night or two.

Great place to stay.

This is a great place to stay if you're not expecting fancy. The owner will greet you and he's very nice. The place is clean and comfortable. Safe location and there is a locked gate to enter. No problems at all.

Our stay at this family pension was very good. The host was a great communicator on WhatsApp. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up late at night from the airport and then the same taxi brought us back early in the morning. The room was totally adequate for a brief stay and very convenient to the airport. The host was amazing and made sure we were comfortable and even made us breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again.

Martin was a wonderful host. He arranged for a taxi to and from the airport for me and was awake and responding to messages when I arrived at 1am. The hotel itself is nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. Martin had tea and cake for me when I arrived and cooked me breakfast in the morning. I felt very safe staying with Martin as a solo female traveler!

Martin the owner is very welcoming and friendly. He welcomed us with a tasty snack and bottled water which was great. The room is on the upstairs of a house. Beautiful park infront and very easy for uber to find. I would think this place would be much better if it had #1 black out curtains #2 digital locks where I did not have to knock to get in or out. Martin sent us on our way with a delicious breakfast.He allowed us late check out for 50 soles which we apreciated The place has alot of potential.

Lovely private home bed and breakfast

Located directly across the street from a pocket park, this spacious home features a newly renovated shared bathroom (only for guests), a large common room with dining table for a hot breakfast and we had a very comfortable double room on the 2nd floor for our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the owner was kind and hospitable. The only downside was significant airplane noise from the nearby airport, but of course that also means it's conveniently close.

What a great place for a quick airport overnight! Martin is amazing- he arranged a taxi to and from the airport and even walked us to a place to eat when we arrived late, had ice cream for us when we came back and had breakfast ready for us at 6am before our flight. Highly recommend this place!!!

Nice overnight layover option

I had a nice stay. Martin was very communicative and organized a taxi from the airport for me. It was great for an overnight layover. I felt safe walking alone at night; I walked maybe half a mile through lovely parks to get to a mall with lots of food options.

We were so pleased to find this place while we had an overnight layover at Lima’s international airport. The host, Martin, was the reason this stay was exceptional. He worked with us to get transportation to and from his place. He shared stories and food from the area. He made an outstanding breakfast for us in the morning. We were grateful for his thoughtfulness.

Wonderful! A comfy room, hot shower with consistent temperature, wonderful service and a delicious breakfast cooked to order, all for a very affordable price. What more could we ask for? Martin was so kind and made everything easy, arranging a cab to pick us up for our late night arrival, serving us tea and biscuits when we arrived, and getting up at 6am to cook us a delicious breakfast before our departure. The whole experience felt so safe and comfortable - just what we needed for a late night stopover in a new city. I'm so glad I gave this a try rather than booking a chain hotel for way more money.

The property owner was extremely courteous and organized. He went above and beyond during our stay. He woke up and 330 am to make us breakfast sandwiches to go for which he was under no compulsion. Martin Desiré to assist to assure a great visit were beyond anything I have ever experienced in any hotel including 5 star hotels with concierge service. His willingness to accommodate my request was like none before experienced. I mentioned my allergies and how I like extra pillows. He offered to go buy new ones for me. I was touched by that gesture. The best host ever. Thank you for everything Félix. If ever in Lima again you are my hotel of choice.
