The pillow had stains and mold. One fan for a two bedroom apartment. The owner never returned any email or contact. I was not even given the code to the apartment until 5 and the check in was at 3. The reception had no idea about the reservation because the owner never let them know about us.

They need to work with the management since getting in touch with them is pretty difficult. Make sure you send them the information they need. Because they won’t respond any message from Expedia. Just send everything trough the chat so you won’t have any problems when arriving at the property.

The address number listed on Expedia site and info messaged says 363 which does not exist. The correct address is 351. The microwave was not working properly but we were able to use one downstairs. The fridge leaked a little water from somewhere every few days no idea why as we had nothing in the fridge that would spill. But overall was a great apt to stay in Miraflores. Security at front door to buzz people in and out made it feel very safe. Great location. Would stay here again.

It is few blocks away from everything! Fairly quiet but thin ceiling and we could hear people above us walking steps. We spotted some bugs but maybe came through the windows. The Water drainage in one of showers was bad and also We wished there was a hair dryer.

Ery close to the ocean and restaurants. Helpful staff but do not try to communicate via expedia as they did not answer. You can get the number and use whatsapp which seems to be the way to communicate. This way they scheduled us a taxi from and to the airport The number is actually 351 calle Berlin which created some confusion
