"Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee! Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"

"Het is een hotel waar onze kamer wat krap was. Kleine badkamer. Om te slapen prima. Niet luxe maar prima om te slapen. Het lijkt niet ingericht om ook echt te verblijven (bijvoorbeeld in de avond). Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. En wat er voor ons bovenuit stak was het erg goede ontbijt!"

"Simple rooms above the restaurant. The bathroom seemed to be pretty newly renovated, the rest of the room could do with a touch up. But perfectly sufficient for one night. As the building is old, the rooms are nit soundproof, so could here other guests walking around in the morning and the music from the restaurant in the evening. They allow dogs for a small fee of €10."
