"Staff was nice and helpful, kayaks on site where great and easy to reserved and use. They also had bikes available. Overall nice Keys stay. Downside, not actual beach access, but water access (if kayaking, yet skiing). Rooms were very big and nice. Great restaurant right next to hotel. Also hotel was under renovations so many areas were “under construction”, but overall great place for the weekend."

"I rented a suite (# 401), supposed to be the best. The problem is that I found a lot of deficiencies inside. First fan and light bulb in the room wasn’t working, no light bulb in the lamp corner of the room. Fan and light bulb not working either in dining table. The sofa was broken on the left side. My wife had to clean the stove and top of the refrigerator because too
