"The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground.
The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip.
The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.
The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay"

"our rooms were not serviced on Saturday and when I asked about not getting new towels and room cleaned. The lady at the desk said she could not believe that her housekeeper didn't service our rooms. I told her that I didn't lie and she wouldn't even give me a copy of the bill!. The rooms were alright, My son in law was given a hard time when he went to get clean towels, they wanted some kind of coupon the desk is the problem not the rooms."
