"Elevator down, laundry down, VERY sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot at night “smoking”-bunch of tweaker that probably weren’t guests. Don’t let pics fool you-this is a hole in the wall"

"The halls smelled like mold so bad we had to cover our faces to walk down them. There were fans going to dry the carpets because of leaks. The carpets in the room feel grimy and dirty under your feet. The hot tub was missing a foot of water and has no controls for the jets therefore unusable. There is only one elevator for the whole property and the stairs a very steep. I would never recommend this place. The staff was friendly and obviously had nothing to say about the state of this place."

"The floors were dirty in the bathroom. Bed sheets had what appeared to be stains! Not sure the bedding/ linen was clean. Smelled like mold and so did I and my clothing! People smoking at entrance from the back resturant made me nauseated.and it followed you into the building. Very run down and old!"

"We LOVED this place so much that we booked our next stay before we left. Staff is great, right on the water, great pool, clean rooms. You’re a mile away from the heart of OOB, which if you know Old Orchard, that’s perfect..close enough to everything, but enough away from the craziness. Shout out to the Hotels daughter making a TikTok for this place because that’s how I spotted it..will be coming here for years to come!"

"The room was clean, but not what we had asked for. We booked a room with a king bed. There wasn't one available when we got there. Breakfast was ok, nothing special,frozen egg patties, frozen sausage patties, Continental breakfast. The air conditioner blasted freezing cold just as we sat down to eat. The food got cold quick. The staff members were friendly "

"The room was fine. Hotel needs a little work in halls but they seem to be starting that. In general a pretty good value."

"The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches."
