"I have tried a lot of properties on the Oregon coast and this one has a lot going for it. The main thing is that the access to the beach is flat and short. You don’t need to take hundreds of stairs to get to the beach, which is the case at all the other places I have stayed. The room I picked had a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. There was one bedroom with a king size bed that was extremely comfortable and a Murphy bed which we did not use. The balcony was large and had two Adirondack chairs plus a table and you couldn’t get any closer to the ocean! Breakfast is included at no charge and at 5 o’clock they have free salmon chowder, and chocolate chip cookies. There is a nice pool and hot tub surrounded by Lucite wind shields. Also important is they have an elevator, which is great when it comes to lugging your stuff up and down. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a huge flat screen TV in both the bedroom and the living room with a good selection of channels to watch. And to top this all off, it is a short walk to a really wonderful restaurant named Kyllo. We ate there twice and had excellent meals both times. Their clam chowder is the best I have tasted on the whole coast. The only criticism I could make about this hotel is that the carpet is dated, albeit clean. We will definitely be staying here again."
