"Stayed 1 night for a concert at Golden 1. The hotel is elegant but outdated. Old carpets, bed frames, ceiling, portraits, etc. The lobby is super clean and has restaurants to eat at. Check hours as they only operate during specific hours. ATM in building. This is a high rise. They have 16 or 17 floors. We stayed on the 15th. The first room we had was 5th floor. The remote wasn’t working. Toilet seemed to flush slow and not enough. Front desk accommodated me right away. Moved into new room. Can’t get Netflix or anything but they had standard channels with some HBO I believe. AC worked perfect! Beds comfy! Pillows comfy! Slept great, with no noise! This hotel is conveniently located within steps to many restaurants and an outdoor mall. Also next to the arena! CONVENIENCE was key!!!! Paid parking on hotel premises and they have a garage too… but parking isn’t free unfortunately. I’d stay here again due to its proximity to the arena and restaurants! And I felt safe in the area. Staff were pleasant."
