Nice, comfortable room alongside the pub, with direct access to the street. Easy check-in via the friendly bar staff and surprisingly quiet given the rooms are alongside the beer garden. Town centre, rail & bus stations and riverfront are all within walking distance, with regular buses to the castle & cathedral up the (very steep) hill. Would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely and homely place to stay with an excellent and friendly host in Jo, and then wonderful and polite locals in the pub. Nothing seemed too much trouble and we were just made to feel welcome by everyone

Fabulous place Jo was amazing really friendly made us feel so welcome. Great atmosphere in the pub as World Cup match was on. The room was beautifully decorated and bed and pillows were great. Absolutely loved it would recommend 100%

The room was very comfortable. Facilities excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The local Chinese takeaway food recommended was lovely 😍. All the local people in the pub were friendly and made you feel welcomed. A short walk into the centre of Lincoln. My friend and I will be going back to stay in the future.

The check-in time was 3.30pm but I was allowed to have the room from 1pm, which prevented me having to carry my bag around for a couple of hours. Lovely room. I had a great time.

The pub is a proper pub! Good beer, great staff and friendly customers we stayed in room 2 , a good size, clean and well presented room , good value and definitely would stay again

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Queen In The West in Lincoln and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Jo, the landlady, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, and she genuinely cared that we had the best stay possible. Her hospitality alone is enough to make us want to come back. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and everything was exactly as it should be. It was the perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring Lincoln. One of the things we loved most was the atmosphere. The locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. It's the sort of pub where you can easily settle in for a drink and a chat. The location is ideal too, it's only a short walk into Lincoln city centre, but far enough away that you're not right in the middle of all the noise and crowds. There are also takeaways and a local convenience shop just a couple of minutes away, which was really handy. We've enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked to come back, and that says it all. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Queen In The West to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming place to stay in Lincoln. Thank you, Jo, we'll see you again soon!

Lovely comfortable rooms, nice and clean and an easy to use hot shower. Great staff. Only down side was arriving on a cold rainy February afternoon and the rooms were very cold as the heating hadn’t been put on before we arrived. We walked back into town and bought a half price hot water bottle each while the rooms warmed up a bit. Other than that all was good.

Great place … just what we needed.. clean, comfortable and friendly. Stayed 2 nights for Daughters graduation… wasn’t disappointed. Great location, friendly staff and locals. Would we stay again…. Absolutely!

Very good overnight stay, room was clean & comfortable, had the large bathroom all to myself. The bar had a good range of beers and friendly locals made for good company. About a 10minute walk to the Cathedral & Castle so was very happy with the location. I would definitely stay again when I next visit Lincoln.
