"The faucet did not work property in the bathroom. No pressure and no hot water. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink, the jacuzzi in the room did not work. The sent someone and he could not fix it. The front desk made a huge deal in giving me a wattle bottle and they did not want to give me points to compensate how awful the room was. They only refunded the resort fee. I did not have a good experience."

"Our stay at Margaritaville hotel was amazing! No issues with the room or the staff. The location is very central, and walking distance to everything and everywhere. Loved the stake, and the margarita. Loved it, and will gladly stay there again!"

"The building is a bit old, and there are 2 separate buildings. The fronter one is close to the road and have a better lake view but the further one have the pool and hot tub. In peak summer season, we paid 500+ for a king size bedroom in the further building, which is a bit expensive in terms of how the amenities are and not much complimentary items were provided, such as disposable slippers, or refillable water. The ice machine was also broken in the further building."
