"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Great leisure facilities (pool and saunas). Nice restaurant. Standard brekky. Very good customer service overall. Hotel is older but well kept. Air conditioning units in deluxe rooms do not really work - fans are more useful. Standard rooms are very warm in hot weather. Would recommend to friends and family."
