"The property was ok. I would have liked to use my paddle board on the water but was unable to. Also it would have been nice to see more of the water. No real places to walk or cycle"

"I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. "Room clean and correct temperature, breakfast was cooked well with many options available and the staff friendly and helpful."

"Clean room. Toilet seat needs repairing. No Air con and no fans supplied in our room, Only Air con in reception only half working Could do with being dragged into 21st century. Needs decorating urgently. Car parking should be free. But handy for meeting in the city"

"Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was lovely. Unfortunately the pool / spa area is grubby. From a long time of not being cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was kept nice and clean."
