"The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did have a major issue with check-in. We booked our room online about two months in advance and planned our arrival so we would have just enough time to drop off our things and head to a concert that we had driven five hours to attend. When we arrived, however, our room was not available. It took nearly an hour for the hotel to figure out a solution. To their credit, they did compensate us by providing a second room at no additional charge, which we genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the long delay caused us to arrive late to the concert and miss the opening band. We were just as excited to see the opening band as we were the headliner, so missing their entire performance was extremely disappointing—especially after driving five hours for the concert and booking our hotel two months ahead of time specifically to avoid problems like this. Aside from the check-in issue, our experience with the hotel was very good. The property was clean, well-kept, and very nice overall. I just wish our reserved room had been ready when we arrived, because that delay unfortunately affected a big part of the reason for our trip.."

"Great customer service my room had a iron and iron board also downstairs had needle and thread I needed it in an emergency because my friend dress ripped so it was convenient that I didn’t have to go to store. Great breakfast they have a waffle press you can make your own waffle also they had pork sausage wish they had turkey sausage I don’t eat pork and they had scrambled eggs, apple juice , orange juice, cereal , etc very great spread also they have a pool I seen someone early morning cleaning the pool out before pool hours I didn’t use the pool though but overall a very great experience"

"Got it late, staff allowed me to check out late. Check security deposit is nice, and the staff in front and cleaning were very polite. Room was clean, bed was comfy, no issues with showers or AC, 10/10"
