Top Linden Hill Hotel Reviews

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
4/10 Poor
"Air conditioning in room was horrible, thermostat never went lower than 70 degrees. Bed and pillows not comfortable. Was very disappointed because I’ve been to several Hampton Inns and always had excellent air conditioning and bed / pillows."

Arlo Midtown
10/10 Excellent
"Rooms were very clean and hotels in a good location. Not too noisy but easy access to Penn, MSG, Times Square, Theatre district and Hudson Yards.
Kevin at the front desk was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgable and he put customers at ease.
The hotel is already ageing though. Such a shame. For example, the interior of the elevators are beginning to show signs of wear, though. It’s not surprising, because it is a public space.
Still a great hotel though. I would stay here again , as long as the price is right.
Warning!!!! A junk $81 was added to the bill even though I had made full payment at Hotels.com.
This is irritating, and should have been disclosed or customers should have been forewarned at the time of booking. Hotels.com MUST do better about this."

Four Points by Sheraton Flushing
8/10 Good
"The staff was amazing allowing me to check in early so I could nap before my event in NYC. Room was very clean and bathroom provided some toiletries. Thank you"

Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South
8/10 Good
"The hotel was pretty good in general. Here's the good. Our room on the 18th floor was clean and quiet. We didn't here any other guests, although I can't say for sure if there were guests in any adjacent rooms. We had minimal interaction with the staff but what staff we did interact with were helpful and polite. We did not get breakfast so we can offer no feedback on the food. Now the not so good. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. I like a softer bed so this is usually the case for me but my wife likes a harder bed and she complained about the beds being too hard. Also, there was basically no room for items in the bathroom. There were 4 people in our room but no place for 4 people to leave their basic toiletries and no suitable place neither in the bathroom nor the room to hang 4 towels. There was some kind of rack inside the shower but I'm not sure if who ever thought it was a good idea to put it there is aware of how showers work. There was plenty of open wall space in the bathroom for towel hooks but only a single hook on the backside of the bathroom door that already had the hair dryer hanging on it. There was no shelf space to put the hair dryer on so it had to keep taking up some space on the only available hook. When there are only 2 people in the room this issue is not such a big deal but with 4 it is a real hassle."

Aura Hotel Times Square
6/10 Okay
"Elevators are horrible, outdated, old and one of the two guest elevators didn't work for two days of my stay
.
No ability to buy water or anything else at the hotel, if you want water you need to go to the second floor with your own bottle to refill from a water machine.
Having to pay a Destination Fee for lousey internet was a rip off. Yes you get two drink coupons with it but that isn't as important as having good internet which there's isn't.
Only because it was located in an area I needed to be wouls I stay there again."

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

"Was perfect location "

Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square
8/10 Good
"The room was 8.7/10 also got a 35 credit for lunch or breakfast"

Pod Times Square
6/10 Okay
"Room is a bit small, no storage for garments but the room and bathroom is clean. I wish a bit more space and allow microwave to use in the amenity common areas."

Hyatt Grand Central New York
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel has large rooms for NYC. They are clean and everything works well. It is an easy walk to many of New York's best attractions, including Bryant Park, Time Square and the Empire State building. The lobby market and bar are both good, with friendly staff."
