Hotel Murah di Lindenwood

"I was told My two queen bed was sold when I arrived around 5:00pm. I told the staffs that we have three adult how can we sleep in one king bed. He told me there was a couch inside the room. But there was only one king bed on it. We have to sleep in one bed for three adult. I canceled another booking that was for my returning trip. Room was clean and breakfast was great. There was no coffee maker and micowave in the room, even though the booking website indicated that such amenities were."

"Thing i have to say is. Pool says 8am-10pm First night. They told us pool was closed at 8pm when sign says 10pm and it was 745pm Next mornings 930am said pool closed she is the only one there and have to wait for someone else comes in. When talk to another staff. They didnt know what to do. They said we could have a late checkout at 1pm. Told us all set. We were locked out of room at 1130am. Person never put in computer."

"Our favorite place to stay in East Bay! Staff is ALWAYS helpful, even through the busy holiday weekend. The young lady during the day shift always has great restaurant recommendations and the evening ladies are super friendly too. The property is admittedly dated, but the rooms are always clean and the staff more than makes up for it ."

"The location is great if you're using the airport. They have a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and the shuttle ride was around 5-10 min, depending on which airline you are using. There is also a nice walking trail outside the hotel that goes around a lake next to the airport. I believe the full path is 5 miles so it's nice if you want to get a little exercise. "I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality."
