"Check in was quick and easy. The staff member who checked me in (I forget his name; he was young with brown hair, a beard and nice smile) was very friendly. The room was nice with a full size fridge/freezer combo, microwave and coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows (I always need fluffy pillows when I sleep). "Greatly exceeded my expectations. Not fancy but has everything you need to really feel like you are at a resort even though you are only on Lake Erie. Beds are so soft. Balcony overlooking Lake Erie is a nice touch Nice little coffee shop. Great tiki bar with amazing bartenders. Rent golf cars right on premises. So close to downtown you could easily walk it unless you want to explore. Then get a cart. Great family weekend getaway with older teenagers. We all had a blast. "

"I loved this hotel. Better than a few we went to. Wish it had a hot tub but we did have a jacuzzi jetted tub in our room. Restaurant was awesome as well that was located down stairs. Pool was kinda cold but it was a nice size. "

"The location was perfect. Very close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Location was perfect for access to River and surrounding area. Very walkable to many bars and restaurants. Party in the park at the river on Friday night was great. Food trucks, river view-what else could you want? All staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking attendants friendly and knowledgeable-Frank, Tariq and Jacob very helpful. Highly recommend for a easy trip-Glass City Event Center connected and close walk to Mudhens stadium. "

"Upon reading some of the negative reviews of this hotel I was little sceptical, however, when we arrived I was very pleasantly pleased. The facility was clean and the staff was very welcoming. The exterior was just a tad outdated but was certainly clean and taken care of. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be back to stay again. Very convenient for the Jet express and just a short drive to cedar point. Keep up the good work."

" Very affordable and clean option for a short stay. Check in was pleasant and quick. They gave us cold bottles of water, which was very nice as it was extremely hot. Furniture is older, but it was comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool and spa tub outside. Breakfast is minimal and carb heavy, but if you’re ok with a bagel and fruit, it’s perfect. They have pancake machines as well, only protein was hard boiled eggs. We have stayed 2x after a hard day at CP and will stay again when we visit...
