Qunci Villas Resort

"It was a very beautiful resort and the staff were excellent. The restaurants, pools and some of the rooms faced the ocean and the sunsets were stunning. It was easy to get a sunbed which is not always the case in resorts. The gym was a bit small, not well maintained and quite basic The rooms were beautiful architecturally but lacked storage eg bed side drawers or drawers anywhere . The bathroom needed hooks at a reasonable height for towels However we loved our time there and would happily stay there again-"
Villa Tokay - The Luxury Resort

"The swell villa was really beautiful, well equipped and clean. We relaxed there for 2 days after a lot of travelling around Indonesia. The restaurant is excellent and f&b generally very good indeed. The staff are clearly well knitted team and knew what they were doing. The setting for the restaurant is very pretty. They do need to do something with housekeeping. The turn down service did not do much. We did get the pool cleaned as on arrival it was cloudy. We asked for daily pool towels etc and cleared the old ones ourselves. Glasses were not cleaned. I would not be put off by this as the villa is exceptional but just be aware that you should ask for these things to be done"

"Best place to stay in Lombok. Stunning sunset views. Delicious food at the restaurant 24/7. The staff & the onsite spa are incredible. Couldn’t figure out the screen mirroring for the TV - must’ve been on a different wifi network than the room wifi."

"This was an amazing villa/hotel experience. From start to finish staff had excellent communication. They all went above and beyond to support us and make sure we had a memorable stay. The hotel room was gorgeous and very well cleaned. They even bike rental on the property so we do not have to spend time looking around for bike rentals. Their dinner on the beach and their breakfast is amazing. If you stay for two nights they give you a complementary floating breakfast, which I highly recommend. We loved it here and it was one of our best hotels in Bali 💗"
