"Staff was friendly, breakfast was great"

"Its a beautiful quite boutique hotel that provides a complimentary ferry ride to the city. The restaurant serves very good breakfast and dinner with very tasty food. I would most definitely stay there again. All the staff, especially in the kitchen, are friendly and happy to help."

"Not a western 5 star but OK for the area. Best part is the breakfast buffet. Really good & friendly. Room - bed & shower good. There is a funky odor that rises from the carpet, so get a 2nd key card & run a/c even when you’re out. "The room that we got was much less spacious than what was advertised, there was very little space but the room was nice and clean. The soundproofing is not good and there were very loud guests. Overall it was okay, the staff were nice."

"Too loui at night time"

"proses check in cepat, kamar cukup bersih"

"Lovely staff - Du provided excellent check out. This is a very large hotel used for conferences so you need to be aware you might share as we did with 300 Australians on a work conference who are very loud and vomit in the lift. But otherwise fabulous staff and good location"

"Very nice clean rooms. The staff members were exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Overall a great experience. I would stay there again."

"ベッドの寝心地が良かった。エレベーターは2台のみなので、時間帯によっては少し混雑することもありましたが、個人的にはそこまで気になりませんでした。毎日お水を補充してくれるのも地味に嬉しいポイントでした。立地も良く、全体的に快適に過ごすことができました。上層階でしたが、バイクのクラクションが聞こえ気になりましたが、ベトナムなのでしょうがない。"
