"It was a refreshing experience to be able to stay at the Turtle Towers Apartments. Everything was made to be as attractive as possible in the apartment. "I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
