"Great place to stay, staff very helpful and lots of amenities"

"Good to short stay"

"Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu."

"Hotel location is near industry area. It’s limited of food options. Staff are very friendly. The room is clean but the facilities are a bit outdated. No tissue box supplied. We had instant noodles one night and the container stayed in the room until we checked out."

"Bathroom is dirty and room is small"

"Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend!"

"客房乾淨，環境飯店內還算安靜，選擇這個飯店主要是因為洽公方便，吃東西買生活必須品都很方便"

"Room was clean, location was convenient."

"Caution demandée non restituée car départ matinal, pas d'eau chaude, bruyant à cause des clients, porte translucide en face d'un spot, climatisation impossible à régler... A éviter !"

"They tried to charge the tourism tax again in cash even though it was already paid for as part of the booking."
