"This property was very nice and the only reason I am not giving it a better rating was because we needed to drop a rental car at the airport after check in and the shuttle runs on the hour. I told them I would be at terminal B for pick up after dropping the car in time for the 7 pm shuttle, which they confirmed and they asked for my phone number. The shuttle never came. When I called, I got an apology that something was wrong with the shuttle and it did not run and they forgot to call me. I had my 87 year old mother with me waiting outside for 40 minutes. We did get on the 8 pm shuttle which arrived around 8:25, getting us back to the property around 8:45. I wanted to e-mail the hotel when I got home, but I cannot find an e-mail address. I thought the whole incident was very unprofessional."

"The hotel was very close to the airport. The breakfast that was included was great and I travel a lot for work. This is a vacation heading to Yosemite. The only suggestion is the bed was too soft in rm 457. Nice property to stay at and would come back again."
