As a stop off point with two kids between Tennessee and New Jersey it was a complete waste of money. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. "

"When I checked in they were unable to look up my Bonvoy number - means internet was not free. Rooms felt old. Also there were several USB "A"" ports and NO USB "C" ports in the room. I didn't have a USB A to USB C cable - so charging phone, watch, etc was difficult. "

"Niey kept older motel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was remodeled. Plenty of parking and nice breakfast."

"Its standard free breakfast 4 choices of ceral, plain yogurt dispenser with flavor options and bagels. The room was wonderful and spacious, on issue was table had a used secure cover stuck to it. Staff who checked me in was so nice and friendly. Driver got me to the airport with no issues."

"The hotel is fine, on par with what you would expect from a Holiday Inn - airport. We had a 6:50 a.m flight, at checkout we reserved the 4:00 a.m. shuttle. When we arrived in the lobby just before 4 am the shuttle had already left. The front desk tried to call, but the driver says the shuttle was full - he'd be back in 30 minutes... What's the point of reserving if the shuttle leaves ahead of schedule and without you? I had to pay $30 to an Uber and the front desk clerk was very in...

"The hotel is old in overall and maintenance is not up to the Westin grade. Based on my pass travel experience, Westin should be in the same level as Sheraton, but it is not this time."

"I was not able to use one of the rooms and they still charged me for it, even though nobody was sleeping in the room until the next day. Also, they have not given me my deposits back for both rooms, which is $200, it's a shame I have to go through all this just to get my money back and didn't even use one room. But I am still waiting"

"I didn’t know there was no elevator, but they were able to give us another room on the first floor. Also, the sink drained very slowly, but there was no one to try to fix it. We were there for 4 nights."
