"The place was not ideal because of the on going construction but the way the staff took care of us was amazing. They went out of their ways to accommodate our needs. I noticed this because there was cancellation of the tour we joined. would have been out of the hotel all day having fun exploring the place and only needed a safe place to sleep. I don’t care about gym, pool, etc. I went to el Nido to check the place not to enjoy the hotel . Spend your money checking the area and get a safe cheaper...

I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response. The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley. The breakfast they serve is only bead and egg which when you are booking saying...

"This hotel was horrible. It was insects and spiders Think lizards and Mosquitoes in the room. I tried to kill some of it. The bed was uncomfortable. The fan was not working. The AC wasn’t working properly. It was so much humidity. The advertised us as a hotel and Expedia and Hotels.com but reality is a hostel. They don’t take credit cards or if you wanna pay with PayPal they will be 10% extra charge, The only thing good about this hotel was the staff, Media It really went out of the way to help...

"The room is good. Kuya at the check in very nice. They have a good free breakfast. The staff is nice. The location is close to the port area. Maybe they can change the shower head to adjustable one so we can rinse off the floor properly if we have sand on our swimming clothes "
