"We had an amazing stay here with our family—my wife, our 4-year-old, and our 6-month-old baby. From the moment we arrived, everything felt top-notch. The property is absolutely immaculate, and every detail is clearly well cared for. What really stood out was the staff. Across the board—valet, bell staff, front desk, housekeeping, pool attendants—everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Traveling with young kids can be a lot, but they made it feel easy and comfortable. The food at the restaurants was also outstanding. Every meal we had was excellent (though I might personally vote to take the molé sauce off the chicken 😄). There was one slightly odd moment during our stay. While we were enjoying some quiet family time at the pool (we were actually the only guests there), a manager was actively training the pool staff right in front of us—having them role-play conversations with guests. It felt a bit awkward and out of place in that setting. The funny part was, as we were leaving, the staff he was training did a great job saying goodbye—but the manager himself didn’t acknowledge us at all. A little ironic given the training topic. That said, it was a small and somewhat amusing moment in what was otherwise a truly 5-star experience. Overall, we were extremely impressed and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend, especially for families."

"It was really great except that I got charged twice once by Expedia and once by the Hilton Hotel itself and I don't understand why I was double charged so much weekend trip turned into a $1,300 hotel stay when it should have only been like $652 so I'm not happy with that"

"BED BUGS!!!!!! BED BUGS!!!! I woke up at 6 am to see bed bugs crawling in the bed. I got out of the room with all my things as quick as possible, without showering or really getting ready. I took pictures of the bugs before I left. At the desk, the young man working was very apologetic and gave me large trash bags for my bags to keep things from contaminating my car, etc. The front desk said he couldnt issue me a refund for the stay until the manager was not on duty but he would have him call me asap when he arrived in 30 minutes. I skipped my plans for the day and drove the 2 hrs home to deal with decontamination of my things. The manager never called me, so a couple hours later I called the hotel. The manager was frankly rude-didn’t acknowledge my experience and apologize. He said he would need to have housekeeping determine it there were in fact bed bugs and have a professional service come out before they would consider reimbursement. It was like he thought I was lying. I sent him the time and location stamped photos of bed bugs and I got an email back that stated the same thing, with no offer to reimburse my stay. At least in the email there was an apology. Now the hotel is not expensive -only like 225 a night, it’s more a thing of principle. Considering the situation I would have expected my room to be comped and for them to offer to pay for my things to be cleaned. They did nothing. Horrible."
