"The room and hotel itself was beautiful but the lack of regulation was frustrating. My stay was 4 days total with a break of one day in between. I had exams so I was unable to use the amenities in the hotel. By the time I came on Thursday the hotel was packed with children. These kids were jumping in the pool splashing everyone on deck not having a care in the world which prevented others from enjoying the pool. "Breakfast assistant, an older woman was kind and helpful. The coffee machine in the room was difficult to know how it worked, a sign saying, pour water here could help."

"I've stayed here in the past but never will again. Staff was rude, housekeepers did not clean my room twice when specifically requested, room was dirty and management wants to charge me for making mattress unusable"

"The hallway was so noisy. The doors make a very loud noise when they close so we were constantly awakened throughout the night. We were also given a room right near the elevator which didn’t help. Otherwise the room was nice and clean. The bedding was also nice."

"Safe & quiet location. Hotel was clean. Suite was spacious with all basic amenities in the room. Staff was very helpful. The only reason, I didn't do 5-star is because of their lack of transparency. Hotel front has construction in-progress. Also, we were told that the pool is under maintenance but I didn't notice anything as such .. We were offered to go next door in a sister property as an alternate BUT Hotel Management SHOULD mention it on their webpage as a message of work in-progress or pool...
