"The tv ‘s in the rooms aren’t even smart tv’s. The generic remote has buttons like Netflix etc but there is nothing but a scrolling guide and generic channels. Went and bought a Roku stick so we could at least watch a movie at night. The pool was over run with screaming kids splashing everywhere so we never got to try it out. They also left a small flood in the elevator which even got to bottom of my pants and my shoes all wet just trying to get to my room. Front desk staff was great as was the extensive breakfast service. The curtains in the room do not come together in the middle to darken the room, thankfully I had some hair clips. I gave my Radisson number at check in but they still couldn’t put the trip on my rewards statement, I’ll be calling HQ to get my points. Very busy area so don’t stay for any peace and quiet. Loud music and people in the nearby parking lots all the time. Only one ice machine and that’s at the front desk floor 1."

"Room was very clean, the BR was also clean with enough room for all our toiletries. The shower was refreshing and the vent worked so no steamed up mirror. The breakfast had many offerings to a variety of tastes. The selection of teas was perfect, both with and without caffeine. Front desk staff were professional and attentive. The location was very near the Riverwalk and to Nort Augusta."

"The breakfast menu was fine, a great selection, except one morning,it was buffet, I was looking forward to ordering from the menu again, the bacon was cooked crispy with the exception of it needed draining, too much grease dripping off it.The dinner was absolutely delicious. The rooms were small keeping with the old charm of the place. There needs more storage space in the bathroom. I loved the patio right outside your room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Caution if you have a Tesla, there are only 2 charging stalls, we observed one that was used by a non Tesla, there were plenty of parking spaces but this lady hogged it overnight and part of the day. A Tesla had to park in the loading area and stretch the cable to her car. There was a sign saying Tesla Charging but she completely ignored it."

"Very run down, beat up furniture in the room, bathroom had mold. Very sketchy outside. Don’t go out at night. Expedia needs to check out there hotels before booking them."

"Great proximity to Augusta National Golf Course, staff was great to work with! Coffee, water, breakfast provided at an early hour to accommodate the early hours of the tournament. Would highly recommend"

"Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta. "
