"Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless and very well maintained, and you could tell that a lot of care goes into the details. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay — always welcoming, attentive, and professional. From the first minute to the last, everything felt easy and relaxing. "Excellent service from the staff and a perfect location next to the pier. We stayed here before our trip to Koh Tao and unfortunately forgot a few things in our room. However one of the staff members, named Sun, arranged delivery to Koh Tao for us. Such a kind gesture and warm hospitality. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Mae Nam."
