"The staff works unobtrusively around the clock to clean, repair, prep, and perfect everything. Our sea deluxe view room was huge and had perfect views. The pools are gorgeous and perfectly clean, the beach is soft white sand and cleaned 2x a day, there's tons of seating all over the resort so it's easy to find a pool, beach, or restaurant spot. You never wait a long time for food or drinks. Fastest hotel/resort service I've ever had.

"Disclosure: we have experienced quite a list of hotels and could really get particular so I'll try to just cover actual facts and details. We stayed in a 2-Bedroom unit 1bath but really no shared living room and very little shared space a long narrow thin between the two rooms. Comments on the rooms and space. "Room was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning kept up well. Lots of towels. Bed was very comfortable. Second time in Thailand and this room was near the top of our stays. Old town Chiang Mai is a step apart from the main city. Relaxed and quiet. "

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived ,friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Despite the hotel being busy, there was always a sun lounger available when you wanted some downtime. The rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean, and I had a great night’s sleep. The gym was unbelievable, with high quality equipment that really stood out. I can’t wait to stay again the next time I’m in Bangkok."
