We booked here about 4 hours before arriving due to flight cancellations leaving us in Bangkok for 48 hours unplanned. We arrived at the hotel and it was clean, friendly and just what we needed. A very pleasant, thoroughly modern property with perfectly dressed and mannered staff, and an immaculately clean room. I was picked up at the airport by their spacious shuttle bus (and, later, transferred back) precisely on schedule. The restaurant staff was very pleasant, and the manager introduced himself and made me feel welcome. The food was excellent. Nearby shopping and interesting sightseeing opportunities were a plus. I certainly will visit this Courtyard again!
