Best place to stay in Koh Samui. Fantastic rooms, hotel immaculate, staff so friendly, great choice of breakfast, Thai, European , British, and a la carte. The hot items for breakfast could be warmer though. Great beach location and the only place to stay in this area of Koh Samui

Have just spent a week in a tropical pool villa at this new resort. It is a truly 5 star experience. A personal butler attends to your every need (Max: you were outstanding). We stayed for 11 days in a sea view villa April 2016 for my sons wedding . Really good hotel, facilities and grounds are very well thought out and the staff were always very welcoming, with excellent service. Honestly would recommend this place so spacious exceptionally clean we loved it. It is out the way which we liked and it’s so easy cheap to get taxis. Staff can’t do enough for you my son is coeliac and they brought gluten free items for breakfast they accommodated us so well. I had a lovely relaxing time at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff made for an enjoyable time. Lovely room and pool with the beach close by. A large spread was available for breakfast. A very nice start to the day. Occasionally I found a staff member that could not grasp what I was asking in English. I treated myself to a manicure at the Zense Spa. I regretted my choice as I could have done a much better job with a pair of nail clippers.

Great place to be with family and kids. Far from Samui noise, with private clean not crowded beach. On the other hand takes only 15 minutes to get to all central popular places. Villa is real value for money. Huge private pool. Big rooms. Stuff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I booked a last minute deal inc flights and we were very pleased with the outrigger. The hotel was great and had just 59 villas with no high rise which we do not like. Amazing pools, swim up bar and its own beach. The staff were amazing - particularly Rory and Jeffrey who went out of their way to make you comfortable. Our stay at the Holiday Inn surpassed all expectations. The hotel is lovely, and I would recommend booking a playground or pool view room as some of the other rooms overlook the car park, and these other ones are much nicer and quieter. The location is perfect for getting away from it all as very secluded but also has the option of a small village within a 10 minute walk should you wish to venture out.
