Beautiful location with wonderful, friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful. The spa and spa staff are amazing!!! Can’t recommend it enough. The only downside to this hotel is the hygiene and slightly dated pool surroundings. The hygiene around the breakfast buffet area could be a lot better, ie, food covered up to prevent the horrendous amount of flies going on food and plates, really was off putting. Could be managed better to prevent illness. Overall wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel with great service, but a couple of things to know. Built into the hillside which gives incredible views. But means a lot of steps and very steep slopes. Away from the resorts which is nice and peaceful. But does mean you need to get the shuttle if you want to go out. I went to The Pasage in August 2014 for a family wedding. The wedding was organised by the Hotel and they did a fantastic job. The hotel is in a quiet area but there is a free bus from the hotel every day that takes you to Nathon or to the tourist area of Chaweng. Trips can be booked at reception at reasonable prices too. The Hotel is clean and the staff can't do enough for you. The spa on site is a must. Best massage I have ever had.
