"When you get inside the resort it looks very good inside. To get to it you have to go up a dubious road. The hotel isn't on the beach and there isn't anything or worth close by. Check-in was fine and I was shown to my room overlooking the pool. The bed was nicely presented with towels folded into shapes with flower petals. Coffee/tea making facilities. "I stayed with coconutspalm resort over the New Years period and I’ve got to say it was just over average. It’s overpriced for what it is and you have to spend quite a bit of money on taxis to and from Lamai beach, so your best bet is to rent a scooter. I will say that the manager Fred is very good at his job and he did everything to sort any problems out we may of had. He even offered us a free upgrade.
