Property looks great in photos but in actuality upon arrival you will realize that the property is very old, dated and in poor repair. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The Penthouse suite was up many stairs, very steep and the roof was leaking. They did eventually upgrade us to a Honeymoon Villa at no extra charge after 5 hours of conversation. They attempted to do the minimum to make us happy and we were told that we could not get a refund under any circumstances even if we talked to the owner. Buyer beware. We accepted our fate but refused to eat, drink or take advantage of the spa because of our treatment. Only ate our complimentary breakfast each day which was not great. Place was deserted.

ヴィラでなくペントハウスにしましたが、非常に満足できました。 ビーチから少し登った所に位置していますが、ペントハウスは3階と屋上が占有スペースで、高位置から遠くに海が見えます。 あと、なんと言っても天気の良い夜は満点の星空に流れ星などをゆっくりお酒を飲みながら寛げます。 ヴィラタイプの部屋では味わえない素敵な体験ができます。 プライベートプールをとるか、眺めをとるか悩ましいとは思います。 ホテルは清潔で手入れされており、皆親切でした。 歩きでの観光ができる場所ではないので、レンタカーやバイクを借りて楽しむ感じになります。

Wir hatten für vier Tage das Penthouse Zimmer mit Dachterrasse und 2x2 Meter privatem Whirlpool auf dem Dach. Toll war auch, dass wir im Schwesterhotel die Strandliegen mitbenutzen konnte. Die Karte von inkludierten Frühstück war okay, leider nicht ganz so verlockend wie die "offizielle" Frühstückskarte. Beim Checkin wurde noch recht aufdringlich versucht, uns Ausflüge und Transfers zu verkaufen. Danach allerdings einfach nur freundlich und aufmerksam. Schön ist, dass das Hotel am Berg liegt und es daher (im Mai) nicht ganz so drückend wie am Meer war. Wir würden auch erneut diese Unterkunft buchen.

Penthouse

Wir waren für 10 Tage in diesem Hotel in einer Penthouse Suite. Das Hotel ist schön gelegen mitten im Grünen. Leider ist es aber auch zimlich abseits vom Geschehen. (Meer, Restaurants, etc) Roller mieten somit ein Muss. (Kann man direkt im Hotel, wenn man bereit ist das doppelte als sonstwo zu bezahlen) Das Personal war sehr bemüht, die Englischkenntnisse jedoch sehr beschränkt. Schöne, gemütliche Wanne auf dem Dach. Auch allgemein schöne Suiten. Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Küchenutensilien hätten gerne auch bereits dabei sein können, anstatt dafür 300 Baht pro Tag bezahlen zu müssen. Shuttel zum anderen Kirikayan in Chaweng vorhanden (Hinfahrt: 10:00 oder 13:00, Zurück: 13:30 oder 16:30).

Ett bra hotell för pengarna. Dock är det inte i toppen skick, det finns lite skavanker här och där. Som vanligt är personalen alltid trevlig i Thailand.

Huge room in a nice hotel, overpriced taxi

We stayed here for 3 nights in one of the penthouse suites. This was a huge place, bigger than my 2 bedroom apartment in the U.S. We were blown away by the size of the place and overall found it very comfortable. Excellent views. Staff here was very friendly and helpful, including booking excursions for us. Breakfast had a large variety of options, ranging from many different pastries to fresh fruit to Thai dishes (noodles, curry, rice porridge, etc), though the size of the spread was sometimes more appealing than the actual taste of the food. The room itself was extremely comfortable. My main issue with this hotel was the price of going anywhere with the hotel taxi. The hotel is not on the main street (can't easily hail a taxi) and not by beach, so going anywhere requires a bit of a walk. This wouldn't typically be an issue except for the overwhelming heat and/or daily rains. When we inquired about a ride to dinner, we were informed it would cost 350 baht per way to go to a restaurant 8 minutes away. That means a round trip ride would cost 5x the cost of the actual dinner. Similarly, a 15-20 min ride to the airport costed 500 baht per way. We DID use the free shuttle going to the sister hotel on the beach, which was appreciated, but otherwise, we felt it was hard to go anywhere without getting ripped off by our own hotel. In the grand scheme of things, 700 baht is not a fortune to tourists, but it leaves a sour taste in my mouth to feel like just a dollar sign.

Avkopplande utan närhet till något

Valde detta hotell då de under lågsäsong hade halva priset på familjesviten. Hotellområdet är väldigt lummigt, fint och avkopplande. Personalen är väldigt serviceminded. Rummet var väldigt stort på 120 kvadratmeter med både dusch och bubbelbadkar. Dock byggdes hotellet 2005 och det känns som att det börjar bli lite slitet på vissa håll och behöver fräschas upp. Det fanns en poolbar men den var obemmannad hela tiden. Fukosten var relativt bra för att vara Thailand. Läget är det som drar ner betyget tyvärr. Fins enstaka restauranger i närheten men inget mer än så. För att komma ut till huvudvägen måste man gå ca 800 m trafikerad väg utan trottoar vilket var svårt med vår 3-åring. Sedan måste man gå ytterligare 10-15 min för att komma till stranden. Mae Nam är närmaste stranden och den var inte särskilt familjevänlig. Grumligt vatten och det blir djupt på en gång. Fullt med människor som kommer med chartrade båtar från båtutflykter. Istället utnyttjade vi hotellets gratis shuttle-bussar som går till systerhotellet i Chaweng där stranden är den bästa på Koh samui. Bussen har 3 olika avgångar och fungerade väldigt bra. Vi brukade åka ut 10.00 och tillbaka 16.30.

Loved it ,stayed in the penthouse suite.The only thing I would do would be to make a screen up top for privacy while having a spa and fix jets on both spas.Staff were great they put us in the end room which was very quiet.Can hire motorcycle there to get around.

( + )die Angestellten im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und beim Frühstück und Abendessen gab es nichts zu bemängeln. ( - ) Wir hatten im Hotel das Penthouse gebucht, welches für bis zu 6 Personen war. Wir waren mit 3 Mädels dort und leider gab es nur einen einzigen Spiegel auf 210 m2.

Wir hatten das Penthouse mit whirlpool am Dach, einfach ein Hammer.. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.. Moped kann man sich direkt beim Hotel ausborgen ist zu empfehlen.. P.s.Einziges Manko nasse Flecken an der Decke und teilweise Schimmel..

Luxury Villa with Poor Service & Rude Staff

Came here with my family of 4. We originally made our reservation for 5 people but my brother fell sick 2 days before we arrived and did not join us. Upon arriving for check in we requested if we could have the villa downgraded from a 3 bedroom to 2 bedroom villa for the same reasons. We had checked the availability beforehand and there was a 2 bedroom available. The front desk staff denied any availability of any other rooms immediately. We figured there was nothing else we could do. Throughout the stay we had mixed reviews of the staff working at the breakfast room. Some very attentive and polite, other straight up rude and condescending. WiFi service was very pathetic in the rooms, especially when you were on the upper floor. You had almost no connection. Also quite a shame that there is no free airport shuttle offered considering how out-of-the-way the resort is from the main road. On the last day the hotel tried to rip us off by trying to charge us for a airport taxi stating that we had booked it. There was no chance of that happening since we had rented a car from Day 1. Great villa, but because of the poor management and service I likely will stay elsewhere next time.

Not equipped for the rain

Overall the room was comfortable and very large, however, for price not up to scratch with a leaking toilet, bathroom and kitchen roof which left large damp patches. This was due to heavy rain but a hotel of this standard should be equipped for rain. Staff were all very friendly, however, not very forward thinking to solve small problems. Didn't get to enjoy the spa as it was closed one of the days (roof leaking) and the main reception didn't have a price list to their own spa, so we had to enquire ourselves and when we did there was nobody in the spa to help us. This side of the island (north) was a lot calmer than the other side however a very expensive trip into the local area and the shuttle wasn't running to chewang because of flood waters. No alternative car offered but plenty of expensive taxis that happily made it through the waters. Overall nice room and friendly staff and our roof balcony would have been lovely during our stay if we had more sun. MAke sure to book this hotel while it is on offer!

Good villas, away from the hustle and bustle.

We stayed in a villa with separate living/bedroom buildings and private pool. This was delightful. It was our own quiet escape from the busy group activities we were doing on our trip. The staff are really good, doing their best to look after us. Most of the staff that we interacted with could speak fair to good english, making most requests straight forward. Our villa and the shared spaces, like bar and restaurant are all well kept. Lots of staff looking after the place. Even had someone do a spray for mosquitoes around our villa each evening. It's approximately 15 minutes to Fishermans Village or 25 minutes to Chaweng, around 400 - 500 baht for Chaweng. I have no reservation in recommending this as a nice place to stay.

Super hotel met geweldige services

Rustig gelegen, mooie in-en exterieur. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor herhaling zeker vatbaar!
