"Everything about this resort is 5 star. Staff rooms pool restaurant. Amazing views and the pool is incredible. A lot of stairs and hills but the exercise doesn’t hurt!! Spa was great as well!"

"No airport shuttle available when we asked. Need to walk to a beach for actual beach access. Staff were nice but had to request towels and other items that should have been in room already. A good budget friendly option, maybe not the most ideal when travelling with kids."

Staff did their best to relocate us away from the ever incessant smoking of guests on verandahs. It would be great if this resort could ban smoking altogether in any part of the buildings. "Beautiful Villas & Unforgettable Views at Conrad Koh Samui We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Koh Samui, and the view was absolutely the highlight of the entire experience. The private villas with their own infinity pools overlook the ocean and offer some of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever seen. Waking up each morning and watching the sunset from the villa was truly unforgettable and definitely worth the price. The breakfast was incredible—one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. There was an amazing variety, from fresh tropical fruits to local Thai dishes and international options. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, the resort is stunning and very peaceful, perfect if you’re looking for privacy and relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A couple of things to keep in mind: the property is starting to feel a little outdated in some areas and could benefit from a refresh. Also, although the hotel is on the water, there isn’t really a traditional sandy beach—the shoreline is mostly rocky. Dining at the resort is good but quite expensive. We stayed for five nights and had a car, which made it easy to explore local restaurants where you can find great food for a fraction of the price. The resort is also fairly remote, about 45 minutes to an hour drive from most areas on the island, so having transportation is helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. "

"Basic but clean room in great location. It’s a 2 star hotel so perfectly adequate accommodation for the price. Rooms cleaned daily. Swimming pool is a plus. In touch restaurant was great to eat at and had amazing sunset views. Only criticism was that the staff at the restaurant/hotel weren’t very friendly. Minimal smiling - unlike any other parts of Thailand that we visited. But their food was great and prices were good and the hotel served its purposes for a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Koh Tao "
