Hotel murah di Yan Yao

"La località è molto bella, così come la lunga spiaggia privata. Il ristorante è discreto e il personale gentile. Grandi e pulite le camere, ma... Mancano i piccoli particolari che un occidentale (e clienti che ho visto lo erano tutti) si aspetterebbe: una luce per leggere a letto, comodini, cose così... Comunque si sta bene, nella gran tranquillità."

"Lovely staff and nice location by the river. Basic property but nice clean, modern room with almost everything you need.. toiletries, fridge, snacks etc. I would have liked mugs instead of paper cups & some tea bags, there was only coffee. Also water in reusable glass bottles would be better than plastic. Pool was really nice but only open until 7pm and no real shade around it. Food was delicious and I had a really great margarita too! :) quite expensive overall but very nice for a night stay"

"This place is a MUST STAY for anyone coming to Thailand. The physical landscape surrounding the 360 Issara is breaktaking. It is serene and quiet and filled with the sounds of nature - birds and monkeys! The lake water is clean and clear and warm like a bath. There are beautiful fish you can feed. The staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met. The food is also top-notch. We wished we had spend three nights instead of two. "

"A veces el lago tiene el agua un poco turbia para bañarse; supongo que es algo normal en un entorno natural pero me parece importante de recalcar. La comida excelente, te sirven platos típicos y contundentes. El personal muy amable y atento, además, te llevan de excursión en barco (long boat) por la zona para ver la maravilla de entorno que hay. Sin duda volvería mil veces, es un sitio muy especial. Algo a tener en cuenta muy importante es que no disponen de luz de 6am a 6pm, es decir, solo hay...

"De kamer met het uitzicht en de zonsopkomst over de bergen is fantastisch! Personeel heel vriendelijk en de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor het meer (5min met de tuktuk of ongeveer 20min lopen). Zwembad is ook heerlijk met mooi uitzicht. 10/10!"

"Nice hotel with nice balcony with view over looking the river. But no hot pot or coffee for the price should have. Very difficult to walk down to river no steps with big drop"

"Individual chalets with adjacent car port, suggesting this is more motel than hotel. Certainly not a 'resort'. Close to the airport but miles from anything else, just getting food delivered can be challenging. I'm sure the bed used to be a concrete tunnel support, the hardest mattress I've ever not been able to sleep on. Reception staff excellent, as is usual in Thailand."

"Beautiful resort in an excellent location on lake for views, swimming & tours. Swim right from your deck. Staff was wonderful and so friendly and helpful. Chef is incredible! Accommodated our pescatarian diet and enjoyed best food of our trip. Plentiful and delicious. Guide on our boat and cave tours was fun and informative. We got lucky and saw wild elephants and lots of monkeys. So glad we stayed 2 nights to really enjoy this special place. Hope we can come back again someday!"

"Les propriétaires de cette pension familiale sont vraiment très gentils et serviables. Nous avons réservé l’excursion d’une journée sur le lac avec eux et nous avons passé une journée fantastique. Avons également réservé les transferts en mini-van. La chambre était propre avec une très jolie vue. Une peu bruyante car située sous la terrasse du petit déjeuner. Idéale pour les lève-tôt !"

"Not happy. We booked this hotel as it was close to the Kao Sok National Park. Our flight to Surat Thani was delayed for 1hour which meant we would miss the check-in time. We tried to get in touch with the hotel hours in advance however nobody bothered to pick up the phone, nor could we find a contact email. As a result we had to book a hotel elsewhere in the main city which meant we also travel 1.5hrs each way before and after the day trip. Paid for a room I didn’t even get to use"

"Had an overnight stay at hotel due to early flight the next morning. The hotel is situated on what appears to be a backroad rural residential area although its minutes for the airport. Check-in was ok but it was obvious the hotel was empty and that they may have not been expecting my arrival. Once checked in, I was taken to my room which was nice to look at but you could tell it has not been used in a while, the towels were stiff, and bed linens needed to be tossed, the loft style room provided...

"This place is a bait for sure, looks like it’s nice, but the shower has no heat, “smart tv” doesn’t have internet lol. Crazy amount of annts anns spiders in room. Also if you’re staying here without a vehicle be very careful as there’s like no grabs or taxis in the area and you can easily get stranded."
