"La località è molto bella, così come la lunga spiaggia privata. Il ristorante è discreto e il personale gentile. Grandi e pulite le camere, ma... Mancano i piccoli particolari che un occidentale (e clienti che ho visto lo erano tutti) si aspetterebbe: una luce per leggere a letto, comodini, cose così... Comunque si sta bene, nella gran tranquillità."

"Lovely staff and nice location by the river. Basic property but nice clean, modern room with almost everything you need.. toiletries, fridge, snacks etc. I would have liked mugs instead of paper cups & some tea bags, there was only coffee. Also water in reusable glass bottles would be better than plastic. Pool was really nice but only open until 7pm and no real shade around it. Food was delicious and I had a really great margarita too! :) quite expensive overall but very nice for a night stay"

"This place is a MUST STAY for anyone coming to Thailand. The physical landscape surrounding the 360 Issara is breaktaking. It is serene and quiet and filled with the sounds of nature - birds and monkeys! The lake water is clean and clear and warm like a bath. There are beautiful fish you can feed. The staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met. The food is also top-notch. We wished we had spend three nights instead of two. "

La comida excelente, te sirven platos típicos y contundentes. El personal muy amable y atento, además, te llevan de excursión en barco (long boat) por la zona para ver la maravilla de entorno que hay. Sin duda volvería mil veces, es un sitio muy especial. "La chambre sentait la moisissure et un robinet fuyait. De plus, la tente ne fermait même pas intégralement. La gérante de l'accueil était très désagréable et ne nous a pas dit que nous manger le midi au restaurant sans mréserver au préalable ce qui nous a rendu en retard à notre excursion de l’après-midi. Une membre du personnel nous a priposé de manger à un restaurant à côté et s’est excusée mais nous a fait payer le taxi à la fin du séjour. Je ne recommande pas "

"Individual chalets with adjacent car port, suggesting this is more motel than hotel. Certainly not a 'resort'. Close to the airport but miles from anything else, just getting food delivered can be challenging. I'm sure the bed used to be a concrete tunnel support, the hardest mattress I've ever not been able to sleep on. Reception staff excellent, as is usual in Thailand."

"This place is a bait for sure, looks like it’s nice, but the shower has no heat, “smart tv” doesn’t have internet lol. Crazy amount of annts anns spiders in room. Also if you’re staying here without a vehicle be very careful as there’s like no grabs or taxis in the area and you can easily get stranded."

"Three story building. EXTREMELY STEEP STAIRS. No lift / elevator. No proper handrails. Just thin rusty 1 inch rebar that was not secured very well to the wall. The stairs were so steep it was like climbing a ladder. After I dragged my luggage up to the third floor, all I could think about was: IF THERE’S FIRE HOW WILL I GET DOWN THESE STAIRS WITHOUT FALLING?
