This place is a bait for sure, looks like it’s nice, but the shower has no heat, “smart tv” doesn’t have internet lol. Crazy amount of annts anns spiders in room. Also if you’re staying here without a vehicle be very careful as there’s like no grabs or taxis in the area and you can easily get stranded.

Good hotel for the Price

on our arrival there was a large covered parking, check-in was good and fast, the hotel needs a renovation and they are working on it without disturbing the customers, the room is clean and the bed is good, the breakfast buffet is Thai and there is bread and a salad bar, the hotel is good if you are in transit and the price is good for the quality

Fik et værelse med direkte afgang til poolen 😊 Stille og roligt sted. Slidt men rengjort og i orden. Ingen aftensmad i nærheden da vi ankom kl 20. heldigvis var Seven Eleven åben.

Fine, just fine...

We spent one night in the hotel before heading out to one of the islands nearby. Overall the hotel looks very nice from pictures and from far away. It’s clear when you get in the room that it could use a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty per say but the bathroom probably hasn’t been scrubbed in months. The WiFi does not work, when you connect it says “no internet.” Few of the staff members speaks very little English. The biggest problem is more so with the area. There is only one taxi group so they charged us outrageous costs but there was no other form of public transportation or buses that we could have taken from the airport to the hotel and back. It says on this website that an airport shuttle is available under free amenities, however that is not the case. Grab quoted us 180 baht however it then said there were no available drivers. The taxi cost us 300 baht to go 15 min and the ride back to the airport cost us 350 baht and we had no choice but to pay the outrageous costs. There are street food stands outside but no restaurants. Luckily there is a 7/11 very close so we were able to buy water and snacks there. Additionally, there are no water filter stations in the hotel. They give you 2 complimentary bottles of water which are reused glass bottles. Plastic water bottles are available for purchase at double what 7/11 charges. Overall, it was fine for what we needed but definitely did not meet my expectations based on the online appeal. Spend $10 more for another hotel.

수랏타니 공항에서 가깝습니다. 저렴한 가격에 객실은 깨끗하고, 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 호텔 식당은 태국음식이 너무 맛있고, 조식도 맛있습니다. 어메니티에 칫솔과 치약은 없으니 참고.

DONT GO!

It was awful! We arrived at this hotel in the middle of no where and we had a standard room. At hotels.com it specifically said that there was wifi in the room because we needed to check but unfortunately no wifi of course. We asked why they stated that on the website and blamed hotels.com so they had other room with wifi but then we had to pay more. Next to this they didn't help us with the luggage or showed us the room and since this is a big hotel with no signs we couldn't find it at first and the second time when we paid for a bigger room they didn't help us either. After all this trouble we went to the restaurant where we found waiters who didn't speak English what so ever. The food was disgusting and we are backpackers so we have very low standards. Also we got stuff we didn't order because he couldn't understand us then we send it back but it was still on the bill. We eventually paid a lot of money for the food but left to find something else because it was that bad. When we got outside you don't have anything nearby except for the seven eleven where we bought some food which was much better than the restaurant. Please don't go here! We where reading bad reviews and thought that we would be fine because we have very low standards but it's awful!
